HEARTFELT PRACTICE
When we breathe together intentionally, we create space for what needs to move through us. During this 75 minute virtual group session, I guide the breathwork experience combined with gentle reiki energy work. This practice supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, stress reduction, and a greater sense of peace—all within a safe, supportive environment.
You’ll be guided by the healing rhythm of conscious breathing, intention setting, and community sharing.
No prior experience is required. Simply bring yourself as you are.
How it Works
1. Reserve your space online for our 75 minute experience.
2. Within 24 hours of purchase you will receive an the Zoom link.
3. The breathwork portion is 40mins ending with a deep relaxing meditation. Reiki healing energy will be sent throughout the class. You may feel a sense of deep relaxation or warmth or coolness as you receive it. Make sure to have a blanket with you. This energy work that has been used for decades to reduce anxiety and to soothe tension or heartache. There will be time for intention setting in the beginning and sharing at end of the experience. You always have the right to pass if you prefer to stay quiet.
The mission is to provide a place to become present with yourself again.
*Upgrade your cozy. Create a soft place to lay down for the practice prior to beginning. Grab a pillow, blanket (weighted is my all time choice, if you have one), and an eye mask to close out the world for our time together. Light a candle, burn incense, or spray your favorite scent and claim the space for yourself to be present.
*Bring a journal, pen and a glass of water. Breathwork can bring answers you have been searching for, prayers or affirmations that come through, or maybe you feel the call to draw afterward.
