When life asks us to carry more than we imagined possible, we need a space to be - without fixing, without rushing, without judgment. Just held.

This gentle breathwork and reiki circle creates a sacred container for whatever you're moving through. Here, your heart is welcome exactly as it is.

What to Expect: In our virtual circle, we gather in community to breathe together, allowing the natural wisdom of breath to guide us toward healing. I will be sending gentle healing reiki energy through our space, creating an atmosphere of deep safety and restoration. You'll be supported by both the healing power of conscious breathing and the tender presence of others who understand.

The Healing Power of Gentle Breathwork: When we breathe together intentionally, we create space for what needs to move through us. Combined with reiki's gentle energy, this practice helps us process, release, and find peace - all while feeling completely supported.

You don't need any experience. Just bring yourself as you are. We'll hold the rest.

How it Works

1. Reserve your space online for our 75 minute experience.

2. Within 24 hours of purchase you will receive an the Zoom link.

3. The breathwork portion is 40mins ending with a deep relaxing meditation. Reiki healing energy will be sent throughout the class. You may feel a sense of deep relaxation or warmth or coolness as you receive it. Make sure to have a blanket with you. This energywork that has been used for decades to reduce anxiety and to soothe tension or heartache. There will be time for intention setting in the beginning and sharing at end of the experience. You always have the right to pass if you prefer to stay quiet.

*Upgrade your cozy. Create a soft place to lay down for the practice prior to beginning. Grab a pillow, blanket (weighted is my all time choice, if you have one), and an eye mask to close out the world for our time together. Light a candle, burn incense, or spray your favorite scent and claim the space for yourself to be present.

*Bring a journal, pen and a glass of water. Breathwork can bring answers you have been searching for, prayers or affirmations that come through, or maybe you feel the call to draw afterward.
