Hi, I’m Mary Kathryn. You can call me “MK”

See things differently. Possibilities are everywhere!

Through Action

I create experiences for intentional living.

As a legally blind visionary, I move through the world with a deepened awareness of energy, atmosphere, emotion, and the unseen details many people overlook. That perspective deeply shapes the way I guide others — not only in their bodies and personal healing, but within the spaces they live and work.

I live with Retinitis Pigmentosa, RP for short which is a rare degenerative eye condition. I currently have 13% central vision and live my life to the fullest. I am the person you see literally stopping to smell the roses and living life with gratitude. I tag team with my white mobility cane Sugar with independence and accessibility.

My approach to feng shui and House Therapy is less about perfection and more about relationship. Your home is not simply a structure to decorate — it is a living environment that holds memory, emotion, patterns, possibilities, and support. The way we move through our spaces matters. The objects we hold onto matter. The rituals we create matter.

Whether I’m leading a sound bath, teaching breathwork, speaking on accessibility, reading from My Dark Garden, or helping someone reconnect with the energy of their home, my intention is always the same: to lead people to a deeper relationship within themselves, the home they live in and the environment they want to create.

My work is not about helping you becoming someone new.
It is about remembering who you already are and being proud of the way you live your life.

Testimonials

A woman with blonde hair, black glasses, and a black long sleeve shirt sitting cross-legged on a green yoga mat, holding a blue pen over an open notebook, smiling and looking to her right. Next to her is a potted plant with eucalyptus leaves in a white watering can-shaped vase on a wooden floor, against a plain white wall.
