Virtual Sound Bath to close the year
As we wrap up this year, we invite a new way of listening for what is ready to close so we can walk into the next cycle with a clean slate. This class is designed to help you tune into your ability to hear on deeper level.
We will meet virtually for this sound bath experience. One hour of deep relaxation with healing sounds from crystal bowls, koshi chimes, breathwork, and community intention.
Join me in the comfort of your home. Grab your favorite blanket, pillow, eye pillow, and set your beautiful cozy rest nest.

GARDEN SOUND BATH

Enjoy a relaxing Sound Bath in the Garden at Red Desert Dive at their beautiful Oak Forrest Location (2214 W. 34th St, 77018) at 9 am. Wear comfortable clothing as we will be on the ground for this practice.
No experience required, just an open mind and desire to let go. Sound baths have been known to soothe an anxious mind, relieve tension from the body and lift energy. Experience the crystal bowls and other relaxing instruments with our thoughtful growing community.
