Have You Thanked Them Series

A simple seasonal guided group practice in Gratitude.

Every season offers us an opportunity to pause and notice what has been quietly supporting us.

Our homes, bodies, friendships. They witness our celebrations, our grief, our ordinary days, and the life unfolding in between. They quietly care for us every day.

Have You Thanked Them? is a free seasonal virtual group practice designed to help you cultivate gratitude for the places, people, and spaces that hold your life.

Together, we'll gather four times a year to pause, reflect, and reconnect with one meaningful area of your home (including the office). During each 60-minute gathering, we'll explore the energy and invitation of that space, write a guided letter of gratitude, and complete a simple placement ritual that allows your words to become part of your home.

The letter will remain there until we gather again, serving as a quiet reminder to notice, appreciate, and care for the place that has been quietly caring for you all along.

No experience with writing or Feng Shui is needed. Simply a willingness to see your environment with fresh eyes.
